Article 1. What we place in your browser
1.1 Play Normandie sets only a few strictly necessary first-party cookies. Without them we could not keep you signed in or protect your account and your bets.
1.2 We use no analytics, advertising, social media or other tracking cookies, and we store nothing else in your browser's local storage.
1.3 Strictly necessary cookies need no consent. Our cookie banner still asks you, up front, whether you allow the optional categories, so that nothing optional can ever be set before you say yes.
Article 2. The cookies, one by one
2.1 All of these are first-party cookies: set by this site, limited to it and sent only with requests to it. All except the cookie-choice cookie are encrypted.

- Holds your session: whether you are signed in, the language you chose, messages shown after a form, and the anti-forgery token. Scripts on the page cannot read it.

XSRF-TOKEN
- Purpose
- Security: lets our pages prove that a request, such as placing a bet, really comes from this site, which protects you against cross-site request forgery.

- Purpose
- Set only if you tick “Remember me” when signing in: keeps you signed in between visits. Removed when you sign out.

cookie_consent
- Purpose
- Remembers your cookie choices: which optional categories you allowed, the version of our cookie settings you saw, when you chose, and a random identifier that links the choice to our record of it (Article 3). Our page scripts can read it, because they need to know what they may load. It holds nothing else.

Article 3. Optional categories and your choices
3.1 On your first visit a banner lets you accept all, reject all or choose category by category. Every optional category is off until you switch it on, and you can use the site without choosing. The optional categories are:
- Analytics
- Help us understand how the site is used, for example which games are popular and where pages are slow, so we can improve it. Measured in aggregate. None is set today, whatever you choose.
- Marketing
- Measure whether our ads on other sites work and show you more relevant ads. These may be set by advertising partners. None is set today, whatever you choose.
3.2 You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, as easily as you gave it, with the button below or the “Cookie settings” link at the foot of every page. If you withdraw a category you had allowed, we delete the cookies it set.
3.3 To be able to prove consent (Art. 7(1) GDPR) we keep a record of each choice: the random identifier from the cookie-choice cookie, your account if you are signed in, the categories you chose, the version of our cookie settings and the time, with a one-way keyed hash of your IP address (not the address itself). See our Privacy Policy for how long.
3.4 When you are signed in, your choice follows your account to your other devices. If we add or change a category, we ask you again.
Article 4. Payment pages
When you buy coins, you are taken to the payment page of our payment provider. That page is run by the provider, which may set its own cookies there, for example to prevent fraud. Those cookies fall under the provider's own policy; the providers are listed in our Privacy Policy.
Article 5. Managing cookies in your browser
5.1 You can delete or block cookies in your browser's settings. If you block the cookies in Article 2, you cannot sign in or play, because the site can neither keep you signed in nor check your requests.
5.2 Signing out ends your session and removes the “Remember me” cookie. If you delete the cookie-choice cookie, the banner appears again.
