This page sets out how buying coins works and when you can have your money back. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Article 1. What a purchase is
1.1 You buy a licence to use a fixed amount of virtual coins in our games. The Shop shows the package, the number of coins with any bonus coins, and the price before you pay.
1.2 Coins have no monetary value. They can never be cashed out, transferred to another player or exchanged for prizes. A purchase gives you more play, nothing else.
1.3 Prices are in real money and include any VAT that applies. The amount on the payment page is the total you pay us; your bank may add its own fees, for example for currency conversion.
Article 2. How a purchase is made
- You choose a package in the Shop while signed in.
- For some payment methods we first ask for your billing address. We save it to your account so that you need not enter it again.
- You are taken to the secure payment page of our payment provider and enter your card details there. We never see or store them.
- As soon as the provider confirms the payment to us, the coins are credited to your balance automatically, usually within seconds. The purchase appears in your purchase history in the Shop, and the credit in your Wallet.
If you cancel on the payment page or the payment is declined, the purchase is marked as failed and we charge you nothing.
Article 3. When something goes wrong
3.1 Write to [email protected] from the email address registered on your account, or use the contact form while signed in, and give the date and amount of the purchase. We put it right as quickly as we can:
- You paid but no coins arrived. A payment can stay pending for a few minutes. If the coins are still missing after that, we check with the payment provider and either credit them or refund the payment in full.
- You were charged twice. We refund the second charge.
- The wrong amount was credited. We correct your balance.
3.2 Coins lost in play are not refunded. Results are decided fairly and cannot be reversed (see Provably Fair).
Article 4. Right of withdrawal
4.1 If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of the contract, without giving a reason.
4.2 Coins are digital content that we deliver immediately after payment. Before you pay, the checkout therefore asks you to confirm this statement by ticking a box, which is never ticked in advance; a purchase cannot go ahead without it:
“I want my coins delivered immediately and I acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once they are credited.”
4.3 Once you have confirmed it, your right of withdrawal ends when the coins are credited. We store the time of your consent with the purchase and repeat the statement in your purchase confirmation email.
4.4 If that consent was not given or recorded for a purchase, you may withdraw within 14 days of the purchase. To do so, tell us clearly that you are withdrawing, for example by email to [email protected]. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your message before the 14 days are over.
Article 5. Model withdrawal form
(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)

Article 6. How refunds are made
6.1 We refund to the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise with you, and we charge no fee for it.
6.2 We refund without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal or agreeing a refund. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
6.3 When a purchase is refunded, the coins from it, including any bonus coins, are removed from your balance. If you have already played some of them, your balance stops at zero. We never ask you to pay anything back.
Article 7. Chargebacks
7.1 Please write to us before asking your bank to reverse a payment; it is usually quicker.
7.2 If a payment is reversed, we remove the related coins from your balance. If we believe a payment was reversed without good reason, we may suspend the account while we look into it, as set out in Article 10 of our Terms of Service.
