Article 1. What the salon is for
1.1 Play Normandie is a social casino, there for entertainment. There is no money to win here, and coins have no cash value.
1.2 Casino-style games can still take more of your time, and if you buy coins more of your money, than you meant to spend. We want playing here to remain a pastime that you are in charge of.
1.3 Results in our games say nothing about how you would do at real-money gambling, which has its own odds and real losses.
Article 2. Keeping it a pastime
- Set a budget for buying coins, or play only with free coins, and keep to it.
- Decide how long you will play before you sit down, and take regular breaks.
- Never buy coins to win back coins you have lost. Every round stands on its own; a losing run does not make a win more likely.
- Do not play when you are upset, stressed or tired, or after drinking.
- Keep a balance with other activities, people and interests.
Article 3. Signs to watch for
Think about taking a break, or talking to someone, if you notice that you:
- spend more time or money on the games than you planned, or more than you can afford;
- feel restless or irritable when you try to play less;
- play to get away from problems or difficult feelings;
- hide from people close to you how much you play or spend;
- let work, study, sleep or relationships suffer because of playing;
- think about moving on to real-money gambling to win “for real”.
Article 4. What we offer
4.1 Free play, always. Every new account receives welcome coins, and you can claim 250 free coins every 24 hours. Buying is never required.
4.2 A clear account of your spending. Your purchase history is in the Shop, and every change to your balance (bets, winnings, bonuses and purchases) is listed in your Wallet.
4.3 A break from the tables. Write to [email protected] from the email address registered on your account, or use the contact form while signed in, and tell us how long you want to stop: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years or permanently. A break lasts at least 6 months.
- We block your account for the whole period and do not lift the block early, even if you ask.
- While the block lasts you cannot sign in, play, buy coins or claim bonuses.
- If you choose a permanent break, we will not open a new account for you.
- If you delete your account during a break, we keep your email address and the end date until the break is over, so that no new account can be opened with it before then.
4.4 Limits on your devices. We do not yet offer spending or time limits inside the site. Until we do, you can use the tools on your device and at your bank: most phones offer screen-time limits, and many banks let you set spending limits on your card.
Article 5. Under 18s
Only adults aged 18 or older may use Play Normandie. If you believe a child is using an account, tell us and we will close it. Parents can use parental controls on their devices and keep payment details out of children's reach.
